About the event
The Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra and Indiana State University School of Music are thrilled to collaborate for a chamber wind concert on Sunday, September 7th conducted by ISU Director and Bands and THSO Board Member, Eric Scott!
Entitled “Currents,” the program will feature Overflow by Anna Clyne, inspired by Emily Dickinson’s poem, By the Sea. The second work, and the swallow by Caroline Shaw, pulls influences from Psalm 84. We will conclude with Mozart’s Serenade No. 10 “Gran Partita.”
Join us on Sunday, September 7th at 4:00pm in University Hall in the Bayh College of Education at ISU for an afternoon of wonderful music. Admission is free!
